Positive thinking is a way of training yourself to see the positives in any situation, no matter how bleak it might seem. It can be applied as a starting point to any seemingly trivial scenario. For example, when required to do something you’ve never done before, rather than give up you can think of it as a chance to learn some new skills.
It will take time and patience to change your outlook on life from a negative to a positive one but the benefits will be worth the wait.
